As residents of Forney, we consider it an Exceptional and Inviting community to reside in and we love to share our enthusiasm for the many neighborhoods that encompass and surround it. Ryan Kile-Broker/Owner

Ryan has been in Residential Real Estate and Property Management since 2004. He holds a Bachelors of Business Administration from Southwest Texas State University with double majors in Marketing and Management.  After several years as a successful real estate agent and investor, Ryan founded Kile Properties.

Holly Kile-Office Manager/Owner

Holly is a life long resident of the Dallas area.  After moving to Forney, she knew this community is where she wanted to raise her family.  Holly has been a home owner and real estate investor since 2005. Her creative and administrative background brings unmatched experience to Kile Properties.

Shannon Runyan-Realtor

Born and raised in Arkansas,  Shannon moved to the Dallas area in 2000. Two years later, he moved to Forney.  His background of 14 years in the hotel industry working for John Q. Hammons Hotels & Resorts gives him great communication and time management skills.  After his long tenure in the hotel industry, he decided to pursue a new career in Real Estate.  Shannon says,  "I have gotten an enormous amount of satisfaction and fulfillment out of helping people find their dream home".

Sue Lankford-Realtor

Sue was first licensed in New Mexico 35 years ago. After moving to Texas, she focused the next 30 years on a career in Property Management.  She brings this experience and knowledge to Kile Properties as our property manager. She has lived in Forney for 17 years and when she's not working, she enjoys traveling with her husband in their RV.

Barbara Conrad-Realtor

Barbara comes to Kile Properties with a Mid Management certification, Bachelors Degree in Business and Masters Degree in Technology Education from Texas A&M.  Real estate investing was a long time dream of hers and after much research and diligence three years ago Barbara made it a reality.  Pursuing her dream of purchasing, renovating, and managing several investment properties the next logical step was for Barbara to pursue her career as a real estate agent and holds her license since 2009.  Barbara has the confidence that she can make your dream also come true whether it’s buying, selling, or investing in real estate.
