• Collect & Disperse Rent- rents will be collected promptly and usually dispersed by direct deposit within 48 hours after receiving them. All funds are properly balanced and held in a separate escrow account as outlined by State & Federal laws. Detailed monthly and annual statements are provided via email.
• Property Inspections- At move in, we initiate digital document of property condition. We execute periodic inspections of properties including drive-bys to ensure tenant compliance. All maintenance & repairs are supervised. At move-out we provide a thorough inspection of the property to ensure cleaning instructions are followed.
• Eviction Process- Should the need for an eviction arise, we will do all the filing with the county and represent the owner in court at no extra charge. All outstanding amounts due will be reported to national credit bureaus.
